This role is 100% on-site and offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, managing and enhancing IT systems to support our innovative manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure Management
- Design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
- Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of all IT systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain uptime.
- Provide IT support services and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
IT Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify IT needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Recommend innovative technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Security and Compliance
- Maintain secure and compliant IT systems adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard against threats and breaches.
- Oversee data backups, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity strategies.
Project Management
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
- Ensure thorough documentation of IT systems, processes, and configurations.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and systems management.
- Expertise in managing Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform.
- Proficient in user account management through Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Skilled in deploying and managing Cisco Meraki devices, including firewalls, switches, and access points.
- Knowledge of VPN setup, network segmentation, and traffic shaping policies.
- Expertise in wireless network optimization and client management using Cisco Meraki solutions.
- Familiarity with security and compliance policies, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), and email security protocols.
- Proficiency in cybersecurity practices and tools.
- Understanding of IT governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR).
